Utilizing our Walk-in Environmental Chamber paired with a central Data Acquisition & Control Console, our systems are the gold standard for evaluating domestic refrigerators, chest freezers, side-by-side units, and commercial display cabinets.

Walk-in Environmental Chamber: Built using 80 mm thick composite PUF sandwich panels ( $40\pm2\text{ kg/m}^3$ density) with pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI) sheets, controlling temperatures from 10°C to 60°C and humidity from 35% to 85% RH.
Data Acquisition System & Control Console: Ergonomic stainless steel control desk housing a high-speed PC with custom Windows DAQ software, supporting 26 to 32 temperature sensor channels equipped with brass contact blocks.
Multi-Parameter Power Analyzer: Integrated power meters simultaneously recording Voltage, Current, Frequency, Active Power, Total Energy Consumption, and Power Factor.
Thermally Isolated Wooden Platforms: Includes modular wooden test platforms ( $65\times63\times96\text{ inches}$ ) designed to isolate test units thermally from the room subfloor.
Comprehensive Test Protocol Support: Pre-configured for automated testing of Energy Consumption, Fresh Food/Frozen Food Storage Temps, Chill Compartment Temps, Freezing Capacity, Cooling Performance, and Temperature Rise Times.
